Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and send the parcel back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers must also print and complete the return form linked below and include it inside the parcel when sending the item back to us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
